The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) have been given Tuesday midnight to pay off former Eagles assistant coach Jean Francois Lusciuto or the matter will be taken before world football governing body FIFA.
Lawyers acting on behalf of the Belgian coach have issued a Tuesday midnight deadline to the NFF after which they will proceed to FIFA for adjudication.
Lusciuto is demanding that he be paid the remainder of his contract sum as the NFF have several breached his contract including not paying him for several months.
“He’s very confident he will get justice and he will get what is due him,” said a source close to him.
