Chelsea captain John Terry took to instagram to share his diving skills.
The Chelsea centre back, who has not featured for his club since the 2-2 draw with West Ham in March due to an achilles problem, posted a short video on social media on Saturday of himself taking a dip in the sea off the Dorset coast.
In the clip, Terry skips into the water, briefly submerging himself before turning back to face the shore. The dive's artistic merit is some way down on recent efforts from several of his footballing peers.
