Rumours about Amaechi manhandling our officer is untrue - Police

The Rivers State Police Command has dispelled the news story that went viral in the social media that former governor of Rivers State and minister of transportation , Hon. Chibuike R. Amaechi, on the 12th of March arrested and manhandled a policeman along Port Harcourt-Omagwa road.
According to a statement by Ahmad Muhammad, the Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, of the Command said “initially the Command decided to keep sealed lips but observed the untrue story continuously went viral and unabated.
“Consequently, the Command wish to state categorically that the story is untrue and that did not happened.
“Members of the public are hereby enjoined to discountenance and ignore the story in its entirety,” the statement urged.

ReplyDeleteI don't blame u Mr anonymous.Why are you going out of context here. You refute the idea Tha Amaechi is desperate, you didn't also argue that he cant harass police officers. Nobody here said Wike is a saint. You should be concerned about the innocent citizens their rascality will cause untimely deaths to. I thought Amechis party preaches change? So why do they still want to do it the PDP way or even worst.
