If the President went to discuss the affairs of the Niger Delta people in Equatorial Guinea, why is there not a single person representing the interest and concerns of the people of the area not in the entourage/ Do these people no more have a voice in the present Nigeria?

Does it mean this set of people have no more voice in the present Nigeria, even in things which concern them?
