Rafa Benitez has agreed a three-year deal to manage Newcastle.
According to reports in Spain, the deal which was finalized on Wednesday night will see the former Liverpool Manage make a sensational return to the Premier League six years after leaving Anfield - and three years after departing Chelsea.
Interestingly, he could face a quick reunion with his old club with Newcastle travelling to face Liverpool on April 23.
Benitez was sacked by Real Madrid earlier this season and he’s been keen to get back in the hotseat ever since.
Benitez's appointment marks the end of a turbulent few months for Steve McClaren whose side are placed 19th on the league table.
