President Muhammadu Buhari last night held a meeting with the national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and former Lagos State Governor, Senator Bola Tinubu and the caucus members of the party.
In attendance were many serving and former governors on the platform of the party including Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso.
The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara was also at the closed-door meeting which place at the new Banquet Hall at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
However, the Senate President, Bukola Saraki and the former Vice-President, Atiku Abubakar arrived the venue of the meeting after it had started.
The meeting, which started at about 8.30p.m, was still in progress at the time of filing this report.
