'APC is a party of deceit and propaganda'

The Deputy Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Constituency Outreach, Rep Bede Eke has described the All Progressives Congress, APC, as a government that came into power by deceit and propaganda but lacked the capacity to fix the problems of the country.

The lawmaker  said that instead of the APC government to fulfil the campaign promises made to Nigerians, the party has resorted to blame games, accusing the Peoples Democratic Party of 16 years misdeeds.

Besides, Eke who represents Aboh Mbaise/Ngor Okpala Federal Constituency of Imo State said that the APC government in Imo State was a complete disappointment and has brought untold hardship to the indigenes of the state.

Fielding questions on the allegation by the APC that the 16 years of the PDP in government at the centre was a disaster, he said. “ “APC came and told Nigerians that they can solve these problems within few months, why are they now saying that they never knew that the corruption had eaten deep to the extent that you can’t fix it within the period that you promised Nigerians.

“That for me, is not an excuse because if you want to take over government, if you want to lead people you should sit down and know what the people want, know where the problems are and we had expected that APC as a party should have studied Nigeria and know what the problems are.”

  1. Mr. Eke must tell Nigerians whether his PDP government told us the level of stealing and embezzlement left behind.
We thank Almighty Allah for flushing out the PDP and the looters.
