A Federal High Court in Abuja on Thursday further adjourned hearing in a suit filed by Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki, to challenge the propriety of the charges of false assets declaration instituted against him at the Code of Conduct Tribunal.

The CCT had also after the judgment of the Supreme Court fixed March 10 for the Senate President’s trial to resume.
