Temitayo Famutimi of the US Department of State said: “The equipment donation represents part of the continuing US commitment to Nigeria and its neighbors to counter Boko Haram’s senseless acts of terror and promote regional security.”
The United States also provides advisers, intelligence, training and logistical support to Nigerian military fighting Boko Haram as well as humanitarian aid and victim support services to some of the 2.5 million people driven from their homes by the insurgency. ReplyDeleteShut up they noticed that GEJ was not ready to fight boko haram, why waste $11m on his watch. Besides the soldiers might have been forced to hand over the equipment to boko haram which was common during GEJ tenure. A president who was bold enough to say he knows the people behind boko haram and did not expose them. Mscheew and many of you here are proud of him.
DeleteThanks for your response Obaseki

ReplyDeleteLet me educate you about USA oil if you don't know
1) USA has stopped buying Nigerian oil
2) At this time USA has more oil than it requires . In fact it has lifted embargo on export of crude oil for the first time in 20 years
3)Iran is practically begging to sell its oil now. It has over 1 million tankers loaded ready to move once the embargo is lifted
Is it d technically defeated Boko haram they want to use those vehicles for? Why do u need to fight somebody u've already defeated? Wen we nid help, dem no gree giv us.
ReplyDeleteYes true talk my brother when we need help than no gree give us.
DeleteThank You America for the "Tokunbo" military hardware. Since your prediction that Nigeria would cease to exist in 2015 failed, what choice do you have now?. Yeye peoples.
ReplyDeleteMedicine after death...war against technically defeated boko haram. Sine the boko haram has been technically defeated, the gesture would have been directed to the Nigeria dying economy... WAIT A MINUTE WHO IS DECEIVING WHO IN THIS DRAMA?
ReplyDeleteSome people are grammatical illiterate or they have brain box technical problem.
ReplyDeleteThere was a news that america wanted to provide assistant to Nigeria government during GEJ and later sabotage before America stated that Nigeria military are corrupt.
Just because the wanted to steal money. Where are the arms GEJ administration wanted to buy from Russian that time when the America cancelled their training and technical support to Nigeria Army?
Now, it was obvious that Dasuki and co did that to siphon money
It is now clear that the world has seen the diferrence between GEJ and PMB.GEJ was fighting corruption and terrorisim with Grammar while PMB is doing same with professionalisim and wisdom.Positive result is coming gradually.Kudos to PMB.
