FG wants to murder Nnamdi Kanu in DSS cell - IPOB

The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB have raised an alarm, accusing the DSS of denying leader and Director of Radio Biafra, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu medical treatment several times, claiming that attempts by his doctors to attend to him have been rebuffed by the DSS.

POB potesters grounding Onitsha, the commercial city of Anambra State, South-east Nigeria, during their 1 Million March, to call for the immediate release of their leader, Nnamdi Kanu. Kanu was arrested by the Department of State Services, DSS, on his way into Nigeria from UK

Addressing newsmen, yesterday, in Nnewi, IPOB Media and Publicity Officer, Mr. Emma Powerful alleged that the Federal Government through the DSS has perfected plans to systematically kill Kanu in the DSS cell by denying him doctors’ attention and subjecting him to torture on daily basis.

“Information from a reliable DSS source revealed that the Federal Government is also planning to transfer Mr. Kanu to a particular cell in the country where members of Boko Haram are detained, and it is their plan to kill him there,” he said

He said that IPOB had written the United Nations, the African Union, AU, United States of America, Russia, France, Israel, Britain and Amnesty International, including other relevant world bodies and organizations about the life threatening treatment being given to Kanu by the Federal Government through the DSS operatives.

IPOB wondered when the Nigerian government stopped granting detainees and suspects medical attention especially for somebody that had been granted bail by two courts of competent jurisdiction in the country but the government decided to continue incarcerating him.

IPOB therefore warned the All Progressives Congress, APC, government in Nigeria and President Buhari to release Kanu without further delay and also allow him to see his doctors, warning that “if anything happens to him, Nigeria will never know peace.

“President Buhari and DSS will have no defence if they allow Mr. Kanu to die in the hands of DSS, more so when two competent courts of jurisdiction have granted him bail. To be forewarned is to be forearmed. A word is enough for the wise. Nobody is sure of his health condition now, and therefore, Kanu should be released and allowed to see his doctors.

“The present administration’s continued detention of Kanu when the courts had granted him bail is a flagrant abuse of power and lawlessness on the part of President Buhari and the DSS, and Nigeria is gradually reverting to dictatorship.

“The President is behaving as if he is above the law. Why can’t he respect the law if he has regards for democratic government, or is this the change he is talking about, going from lawfulness to lawlessness?” he asked.

    3. Do not worry, the prediction that Nigeria will split in 2015 might be a mis-calculation. Probably it suppose to be 2016. Someone that talks too much is a fool. If they like they should continue. The thing to do is in the mind and I believe I am not alone. I will display my scientific skills and the world would be amazed that African can actually do these things

  8. some ppl are senseless. although Igbo ppl are known specifically and massively to be pioneer of all evils in this country. for instance, when armed robbers are paraded, they will either be all igbos or with one or two Yoruba or Hausa. in terms of kidnapping, they are the best, the issue of boko haram, let me tell is from Igbo for u to believe: why did they ask all igbos to leave the north before they began bombing? they are the mastermind of using man for ritual. so they are evil that is doing evil and sooner or later evil will befall them. so let them know that if u dare shield a Yoruba's blood or an Hausa's, thousands of u Igbo are going. we know that u have guns and ammunitions yet, we will tell u that, those weapons will be used against u. anybody that wants no peace for Nigeria; will never experience peace any longer and peace shall reign in Nigeria our country. God bless Nigeria

  10. Stupid Ibos. This criminal smuggled himself into the country without going through Passport and immigration controls like we all have to do every we enter the country. He registered under a false name into a Lagos hotel and also smuggled communication equipment into the country. These are all serious crimes or are the Ibos too stupid to understand this. Go and keep running your baby factories.

To make matters worse for himself the accused has been broadcasting and inciting treason against the Nation. In any country like China, Singapore, the Us or the UK he would face a very long time in Jail for any of these offences.

  13. This is how you know idiots and men without sense. You are accusing Igbo of all evil and you still don't want them to go. That is why Nigeria will never move forward with liars and cheats like you. Do you have common pipe borne water in your village this 2016. I don't want to talk about electricity and the rest, common rise up and condemn the evil you call a country so your generation will be saved. Look at how those you call leaders shared money meant for the poor military men fighting terrorism (2.1 Billion dollars) and you open you mouth to talk about the Igbos causing evil. I am sure you know most of those Army boys are Biafrans. Embrace the truth and it will set you free.
