The General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God RCCG, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye has urged Nigerians to love one another.
He made the appeal during the ongoing annual Holy Ghost Congress of the church at the Redemption Camp along Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
In his message titled: “Flood of Love”, Pastor Adeboye urged the congregation to love one another just as God showers His unlimited love towards mankind.
According to him, God himself is love and demonstrated His manifold love towards mankind by sending His only begotten son into the world that He might save man from condemnation and be propitiation for man’s sin.
Enumerating the results of flood of love from God, Adeboye explained that God’s love covers nakedness, it neutralized death, God’s love gives the best, love guarantees total victory and that God’s love chastises those whom He loves for them to retrace their steps and make necessary corrections.
