The embattled Director of Radio Biafra and Leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, appeared before Justice Ahmed Mohammed-led Federal High Court, sitting in Abuja, on Wednesday.
Justice Mohammed exempted himself from hearing the case after Mr. Kanu objected to the case, arguing that it was needless, as the federal government had repeatedly disobeyed previous court rulings.

ReplyDeleteThe FG is making a lot of people hate it. I think GEJ is far a better democratic government to this present administration. The story in Nigeria is similar to the animal farm novel where the animals behave worst than man after chasing man away from the farm. FG do not care about democracy.
ReplyDeleteLike this guy I live in the UK with duo nationality. If like me he has a British and Nigerian Passports, the Nigerian Government can deport him to UK and cancel his Nigerian Nationality. He will therefore become a Persona non Grata. The trick is that by cancelling his Nigerian Nationality he would not be made stateless as he is also a British citizen.
ReplyDeleteSensible and knowledgeable comments welcome. No idiots please.
That can come @ the end of his trial. There are damaging evidences against him. Nigerian government would like to prosecute him and if found guilty, sentence in Nigeria so as to serve as a lesson to others. My opinion please!
DeleteMy thoughts exactly. send him back to his second country.
DeleteI see no reason why an obvious enemy of the state should be wasted time upon. By now, he should be with the devil in hell! Calling for war as if he's even capable of holding a revolver...shiooor! He must surely rot in cell
ReplyDeleteThis Man will be in goverment custody for the next 8 yrs . That is the lesson I learnt from Al-Mustapha former CSO to Abacha and the famous MKO . Any body that stood against Nigerian will end there lives in the gallows
ReplyDeleteIf Jonathan has been proactive and done the same with Boko Haram leadership, Nigerians will not be where we are today with Boko Haram threats. Although, I am not totally blaming this guy because our leaders are quite wicked, insincere and callous. I hope the guy will be released, learn from the whole episode and then move on with his life.
