The election of a former Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Abdullahi Bello, into Federal House of Assembly has been upturned by an Appeal Court sitting in Abuja.
Delivering judgement in an appeal filed against Bello by Hon. Tijani Damisa, the court ruled that election be conducted in Okene/Ogori-Magongo Federal constituency within 90 days.
