Just like in the presidential elections, the card reader has failed for former President Goodluck Jonathan. INEC officials had to bring another card reader for the ex-president.
The president and his wife arrived the Otueke polling unit in Bayelsa around 9:00am.
Speaking with newsmen after his acreditation, Jonathan explained that when elections are not peaceful, credible and transparent, we then elect leaders who cannot account for their stewardship.
