Two Spaniards thought dead in the Paris attacks are alive, Spanish newspaper El Pais reported on Monday.
The news would reduce the number of deaths to two Spanish citizens.
The citizens, Alberto Pardo Touceda and Jorge Alonso Celada, were thought to be dead on Sunday by authorities, but were confirmed alive hours later by their families.
Spain’s Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy confirmed one death, that of Juan Alberto Gonzalez Garrido, who was living with his wife in Paris and died at the attack in Bataclan.
On Saturday, the death of Spanish-Mexican national Michelli Gil Jaimez was also confirmed.
French authorities said body identification was complicated and the country’s Prime Minister Manuel Valls said Sunday that only 103 out of 129 victims had been identified due to the circumstances. Click to signup for FREE news updates, latest information and hottest gists everyday
