Here is another typical Nigerian leader, promising to buy goals from footballer at $20,000(about N4,000,000) per score. Note, currency in dollars yet the leaders make policy that would deprive the people of imported food like rice through their oppressive policy of conserving foreign exchange. Imagine the rationale,an individual pocketing what could have sustained thousands of families for months. Stupid leaders!
