Trial Magistrate, Mr. Friday Igbinosa who found Okundaye guilty of a three-count charge of driving without number plate, forged driver’s license and attempt to bribe FRSC official on duty, ordered him to pay N35,000 for the offenses.

Igbinosa also commended the FRSC official for resisting the temptation to receive bribe and urged other marshals to emulate his deeds.

No fewer than people were convicted by the court for various traffic violation ranging from speed limit, seatbelt, forged vehicle and driver’s document, overloading among others.
