Oliseh confirmed the meeting via his Twitter handle on Tuesday with a statement and a photograph.
The new Super Eagles coach is also expected to meet with other Nigerian players based in the United Kingdom before he comes back to Nigeria on August 14 to prepare the team for the Africa Nations Cup qualifier against Tanzania.
Nigeria will play Tanzania on September 5 in Dar es Salaam.
He wrote, “Very constructive meeting with Chelsea and Super Eagles Victor Moses. The team building continues.”
The Nigeria Football Federation confirmed on Tuesday that the former Super Eagles captain was still in the United Kingdom with his assistant, Jean Francois Loscuito, and a number of meetings with some Nigerian internationals in that country were ongoing.
