Even if Tinubu is INEC chairman, APC will still lose Ekiti - Fayose boasts

The Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State, has taken a swipe at the national leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, saying that even though Tinubu was Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, the APC will never win elections in the state.

Fayose, who took to his twitter handle @GovAyoFayose on Sunday, said even if Tinubu was INEC boss, the opposition APC in the state will lose any election conducted in Ekiti because it was not on ground.

    2. Am sorry Olusola. You know Nigerians are sometimes very funny. WE don't stand for truth and right things. Ayo Fayose is definitely a criminal, what I don't understand is that some people still root for him. It is pathetic, may God deliver this nation.

    1. I find it very difficult to know why your Ayo looks for trouble where there is non... I am not a Yoruba man but Real Yoruba men don't make noise, not taking anything away from him about his relationship with his people being very cordial, but this aspect of him being always on the news attacking people that cannot even pronounce his name not to talk of spelling it is wrong... A few days ago it was Buhari who he describe as autocratic because SSS was investigating one Dasuka after getting security report about his activities in office as NSA, and behold a lot has been unravel after that great search in his home... let him stop distracting himself and concentrate as governor of the great people of Ekiti; Tinubu is not his match one beat as I know he would never respond to him.... He should remember that at one point he had wished Buhari death on the pages of several dailies paid advert but today he is his president, and yet still ongoing with his attacks on him, well I wish him well sha!!!!

  5. Politics is indeed an ambiguous word to masses especially in Nigeria. What Ekiti people see as dividends of democracy is quite different from other state. In view, Governor AF is able to quickly catch on what the Ekiti people desire hence his relevance now. However, this is the rave of the moment with every likelihood to fade out sooner or later.

  6. ' Empty vessels make most sound' is the saying of the wise. Mr Fayose, the EXECUTIVE GOVERNOR of Ekiti State is always either boasting of power or literally lambasting his political opponents. One would expect him to work with right-thinking folks of the State and tackle the problems and challenges appropriate for the welfare and development of his people. The only way you can prove your worth is by positive action.
