The gunman suspected of shooting dead nine people at a historic black church in Charleston has been identified as 21-year-old Dylann Roof, the Post and Courier newspaper reported Thursday, citing the FBI.
Roof was still on the run early Thursday, despite a massive manhunt launched by local police with federal back-up.

His dad bought him the gun for his birthday knowing he has behavioral problems. The boy is known to be violent and has a deep seated hatred for black people. So that tells u everything u need to know about his parents.
