Popular Producer, Michael Collins Ajereh, AKA Don Jazzy, has raised a poser that Oba of Lagos, Rilwan Akiolu, may just be working for the emergence of the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Jimi Agbaje and was counting on the reactions of the Igbo population in the state to actualize his plan.
Oba Akiolu has been bashed by many for threatening Igbos in Lagos state with death if they fail to vote for his anointed candidate, Akinwunmi Ambode of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
JazzyDon Jazzy took to his Twitter page, with of over one million followers to raise the poser.
“#WhatIf Oba actually codedly wants PDP to win? And is counting on us reacting to his statement. #Justasking o. Cos he said he is related to JK. hmmm blood is thicker than party o. lol oya make i run,” he said.
He also vowed not to join his kinsmen in insulting Oba Akiolu.
Don Jazzy was reacting to one of his followers on Twitter, who challenged him for not rebuking the king.

That's a good response from the Don. I think the Igbos would benefit more from an APC government in Lagos than from a PDP government. Jimmy is just impatient...He sacrificed his integrity by associating with Bode George, Obanikoro and Ogunlewe for his ambition. I tell people Jimmy has a major character flaw and that's why he has been consistently overlooked by the Leadership of the Progressives. Even the Oba stated "Jimmy is my blood relation, but I prefer Ambode", that's very deep. Lagos will never regret having Ambode as a Governor...Jimmy will make a good Marketing Executive for Guinness or Nigerian Brewery.

ReplyDeleteMy submission is that as a leader and politician, you should associate yourself with everyone. The last time I checked, Obasanjo now mingles with APC guys he once loathed. Bode George, Obanikoro and Ogunlewe are not the same as Jimi Agbaje himself. Those who want to remain in captivity can remain with APC and Tinubu and those who want to be liberated can follow JK. Please ask KAKO ARE of Accord Party in Mushin what APC stand for

If Igbos vote for any candidate of their choice it is their civil responsibility and the Law. I am so disappointed with ur utterances and I feel so sorry for your future and that of the Generation. If someone make a statement and he is to be rebuke let's rebuke him and not show some stupid partisan attitude. Hate PDP hate APC for all I care, however I wont sell my Conscience for sentiments. If Lagos had always survive 16years without Federal Input I believe it can survive under anyone further more as Lagos is like a Country on its own.
