Please GMB, shine your eyes at the situation in National Planning Commission. The looting going on there for the past 7 months is better imagined than said. The Minister claimed that his primary assignment is to deliver Kwara State for PDP. Hence, all allocations ever since has been spent frivolously on TAN and personal enrichment. Frivolous recruitment has been the order of the day. Payment has not been made to genuine contractors, facility managers and even youth Corpers for months. Its so appalling. Legitimate claims that dates back to 2 years ago are left unpaid as the Minister continued to pump out outrageous claims daily to mopup funds. Its a pity anyway.
