A Federal High Court in Lagos has ordered the the Nigerian Communications Commission and five others to pay the All Progressives Congress N500m for unlawfully shutting down the party’s presidential campaign fund-raising platform.
Apart from NCC, the other judgment debtors are Etisalat, MTN Nigeria Limited, Globacom Limited, Airtel Nigeria Limited and Visafone Communications Limited.

ReplyDeleteAPC and their APC Lagos based judges. APC has never loss any case in Lagos for the past 12months. It is high time the chief justice of Nigeria and Nigeria bar association look into what is happening in Lagos judiciary. As a matter of fact, NCC will never pay APC any kobo. They will appeal the judgment in a competent court in another state either Abuja or another state that had not been hijacked by the govt in power.

ReplyDeleteAPC will always win their cases because they have intelligent people who take credible cases to court. Unlike PDP, if Buhari farts, they will sue him to court, if he coughs, they will also sue him, baseless things. PDP has no bearing at all.
