Buhari no match for Jonathan in anyway – Fani-Kayode

The Director PDP Presidential Campaign Organisation, Femi Fani-Kayode has stated that Muhammadu Buhari, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress is no match for President Goodluck Jonathan of the Peoples Democratic Party.

At a news conference on Sunday in Abuja, Fani-Kayode maintained that Buhari could not match Jonathan, noting that, the former head of state has refused to engage Jonathan in a debate despite claims he had a successful outing at Chatham House, London.

“As a party, we are happy over this latest development as it will no longer give Buhari any excuse not to debate when he returns to Nigeria,” he said.

He challenged Buhari to tell Nigerians and the international community what he had done in the last 31 years to consolidate democracy in Nigeria.

He stressed that Buhari, however, goofed when he said at Chatham House that he would draw foreign investors to Nigeria, a task he said had been accomplished by the President Jonathan PDP-led administration.

But expressed happiness that Buhari however, admitted that under President Jonathan, Nigeria was now the largest economy in Africa with a GDP now valued at $510 billion and economy rated 26th in the world.

“He also admitted that inflation has been kept at single digit for a while and our economy has grown at an average for about a decade.

“This is the first time Gen. Buhari has admitted that anything good is happening in Nigeria under the watch of President Jonathan,” he said.

  1. Hmmm... But FFK campaigned for GMB when he FFK was erroneously secretly nursing the hope of being GMB's VP candidate.

It's now really a period of "Sour Grapes" for FFK.

I guess FFK never imagined that things can actually turn this bad for himself and PDP.

We can now all see how below par and well below low that FFK can in his desperation descend into.

Just imagine, by virtual of social media, every Nigerian now knows that FFK is still very much in dire need of complete mental rehabilitation.

Who could have imagined that this same mentally retarded fellow actually plunged the whole Nation into more strain along religious lines when he started the calumny of Muslim-Muslim ticket.

At least, we thank God that APC did not flinch nor bulge like PDP would have done. APC never offered FFK their VP slot, thereby saving Nigerians the prospect of having a mentally deranged fellow as Nigeria's future VP.

As repeatedly advised on the Nigeriaeye.com forum, FFK should please just go back to the mental institute in Ghana and complete his rehabilitation. This time around for a very long period.

  3. FFK, lets go to the polls if you think that they are no match... all you say are things to disqaulify Buhari... why are PDP members so scared of Buhari... he has made the whole government of Nigeria do what they could not do in six years, visited where the refused to visit for over 300days, He made them even pay back some money into the government treasury, Even humbled GEJ, GEJ now speaks with utter most humility... Buhari must be the man Nigerians need right now.

  4. Thank You Femi, no vacancy for the tyrant and dictator in Aso Rock, Nigeria can not be reversed back with 30years.
Buhari is an old brigade who cannot afford to lead the 21st century Nigeria.
