Plateau State Governor, Jonah Jang, has described the All Progressives Congress as a party of expediency, saying that it will disappear after the 2015 general elections.
Jang, who spoke in Shendam Local Government Area as part of the ongoing town hall meeting across the local councils, said, “In every election, new parties are formed and after the elections, they will all disappear. The APC will disappear after the elections, because the APC is an emergency party formed because of 2015 general elections.”
Jang argued that those in the APC who seemed to be championing the cause of the opposition, were PDP members who had left the party because they couldn’t get what they wanted.
He said, “Lalong, the APC governorship candidate, served as the Speaker of the state House of Assembly under the platform of the PDP for eight years and today, he is in the APC fighting the government that made him who he is. I know he will come back to the PDP after he has lost the election.” Click to signup for FREE news updates, latest information and hottest gists everyday
