I’m sure i will win Rivers PDP gov primary - Wike boasts

Ahead of Monday’s governorship primary of the Peoples Democratic Party in Rivers State, the former Minister of State for Education, Chief Nyesom Wike, has again boasted that he will defeat other aspirants in the contest.

Wike explained that he had worked round the clock speaking with the delegates, adding that he already had an upper hand before the governorship primary.

The former minister, who spoke on Sunday in a telephone interview, promised that should he win Monday’s PDP governorship primary, he would not rub his victory on the face of other aspirants.
Wike stated that he would immediately set up a committee that would work towards assuaging the feelings of other aspirants, adding that it would be ‘a no victor, no vanquished’ situation.

  4. Wike will lead PDP into oblivion in Rivers state because of his own selfish interest. The party is heading towards implosion, and It is to the greatest advantage of APC in the state. Wike, retrace your steps.

  5. Wike being the governor of Rivers state will introduce more task force in the state than he did when he was the chairman of obio akpor. the state would be unsafe for the peace loving people of Rivers state and strangers just like obio akpor was during his tenure. voters watch, else we shall all suffer it together. Cult boys will take over the streets again in PHC.
