Imo State Governor, Chief Rochas Okorocha, yesterday, declared free tests for prostate and breast cancer, as he commissioned Ochiedike Dialysis and Diagnostic Centre, Owerri.
Okorocha also said his administration remained committed to ensuring a healthy Imo citizenry and called on citizens from 40 years and above, to advantage of the services provided at the Centre, “in their own interest”.
“The Centre, which is 100 percent Imo State Government-owned, is a 15-year contract with Israeli Medical Personnel to manage the establishment, while medical experts resident in Israel will monitor activities in the centre as to assist wherever necessary.” Click to signup for FREE news updates, latest information and hottest gists everyday
