The leadership of the Believers Love World popularly known as Christ Embassy, has said that only prayers can stop the doomsday predictions of violence and bloodbath over the 2015 general elections.
It said though the predictions were based on projections and study of utterances by politicians within the polity, the power to change such predictions into positive development belongs to religious groups through prayers to God.
The Christ Embassy in Bayelsa State led by Pastor George Bunana, while unveiling activities for the 2014 Reach-Out campaign in Yenagoa, said the annual reach-out campaign by the church was to encourage the culture of prayer and use the word of God to heal Nigeria of security and health infirmities.
According to him, the 2014 edition of the Reach Out campaign will witness the reaching out to millions of people with life-transforming word of God as contained in the Rhapsody of Realities and bring hope to the lost, desperate and the dying in the world.
He said it was the intention of the church to distribute 300,000 free copies of materials sponsored by the partners with adult copies of Rhapsody of Miracle totalling 200,000.

ReplyDeletePastor Chris Oyakhilome PhD addressed the divorce issue at the September 2014 Global Communion Service. In His comment, He stated His stand against divorce, as it goes against His belief. The only reason Christians go to court is if someone takes them there on account of anything.

This was how a sheraton staff who a common clerk bought a generator of almost 5 million for him and when it was established that he stole the money, Chris refused to return the gen to sheraton. People use their wedding rings and shoes to sow seed. Some drop their cars and treck home. God is watching you.

Did I get you right? You call this adulterous man a man of God. You must be a big fool to believe in any human being to connect you with God. Why do people continue to be fooled to worship God in organized religion. You can be a true Christian without going to church. This pastor is a liar, thief and adulterous just like so many of them.
DeleteThe bible admonishes us not to avoid the assembling of ourselves together as the manner of some is (Hebrews 10:25). Church was set up by Jesus Himself. The Apostles, Evangelists, Pastors, Prophets, Teachers, etc were put in the various churches to perfect the people for the work of ministry (Ephesians 4:11-12).

Pastor Chris, by the power of God in a word of prayer, healed me of severe heartache that almost claimed my life. Prior to this time, the doctors' prescriptions couldn't help me.
