There was pandemonium on Friday evening at the Delta State Secretariat of the Peoples Democratic Party as party supporters rough handled Mrs. Marian Ali, wife of a former National Chairman of the party.

Witnesses said Ali had an argument with Nwaoboshi over where she would sit because she was asked to vacate where she sat for the deputy governor that was being expected.
In the heat of the argument, she was said to have assaulted the party chairman before party loyalists pounced on her.
