Adamawa State Governor, Murtala Nyako, has been impeached today, after the state House of Assembly concluded its deliberations on the report of the panel set to probe allegations of financial misconducts leveled against him.

Mr. Ngilari’s resignation letter was read at the plenary by the speaker of the Assembly, Umaru Fintiri, after which the lawmakers approved it.
Nyako, Ngilari had failed to appear before the panel constituted to investigate the allegations against them following an earlier noticed served the executives by the assembly members.

the drama has just entered part 2....remember, this guy is a fotmer chief of Naval staff and 2 ex militayry Presidents has begged GEJ to forgive him and GEJ (who is not a Lion) has refused....the question is Is 2015 not glooomy?
ReplyDeleteWhen the bush is on fire, the grasshoppers have no time to bid farewell to one another, the drama has just began.
ReplyDeleteNever bite d finger dat fed you.
ReplyDeletepdp desperate move to win 2015. pdp is all over the opposition states to cause problems. all pdp state governors are righteous and untouchables, once u re loyal to gej. hmmmmmmmmmmmm. impunity!!!!! corruption!!!!!!!! with this move, I am pretty sure pdp will tear this country into pieces. God deliver this country from the hand of the sycophants.
ReplyDeleteWhy can't you be truthful for once. Did he do what he was accused of or not?Did he spend the state money like his property? Was he oweing the civil servants for 2months & also removing from their salaries? Answer this questions correctly before accusing PDP.
DeleteLet me respond to you. Nyako was guilty of the allegations levelled against him. The point against PDP is that as long as you in PDP and you are corrupt, you are a saint. Go to Benue State, for 8 months and counting, the future of the state (primary school students) have been at home and no impeachment against the governor. What is bad is bad and what is good for goose is also good for gande
Deletefools keep on defending thieves ,,,,,,,,,,,, poor man headed ,,,,,oh my GOD ,,,,,,POOR MASSES IN APC VS POOR MASSES IN PDP
Delete=p~
ReplyDeletenyako got it wrong with his arrogant disrespect to the president. is it wrong to be loyal to the president of your country as a governor? in a normal society he should have honorably resigned after such a failed and condemmable claim. he set bad example for others as a leader. I believe his eyes and brain is cool now. pdp is not the best either but let there be peace everywhere for now.
ReplyDeleteis this wat we need nw?wen the political atmosphere nw hot like hot iron, mtcheeeeeew
ReplyDeleteThe fact remains that he is corrupt. Justice will catch up all corrupt leaders. If not today then later.
ReplyDeleteYou guys that are opening your mouth to spill nonsense, have you tried to see what the report said? To me I would say this is a good omen for Nigerian democracy. It does not matter which party you belonged, all rulers should be held accountable for their atrocities. It should not be limited to Nyako alone but to all the corrupt leaders. Why are people shouting because he is in the Opposition camp? Bullshit, he had tried several times to cover his craps by making gigantic allegations. Bye Bye Nyako. RIP.
ReplyDeleteBara ooo bansa, ole oloju kanta. Stupid idiot stop mention GEJ about this matter. Party with god fatherism are thief. U know how much APC are paying Tinubu monthly?
ReplyDeletewat has payment of tinubu got 2 do wit goverment. Is apc d ruling party?. Ppl talk lyk fools. Being loyal 2 d president. Isnt it god fatherism?
ReplyDeleteEither u critizize or not this is a good move i thought Nyako big more than this during the fight of Governors forum i thought he is more than everybody in Nigeria na wa so you can be former governor before 2015 i cant still belive this
ReplyDeleteShort term gain for long term loss politicians are killing this republic with there selfish self interest
ReplyDeleteI cry for this country!!! The labour of our past heroes shall never be in vain" Alas, the reverse is the case in nigeria of today......Boko haram, corruption of high classes, abduction, human trafficking e.t.c...are all going on in the country....Nigeria is a failed state as far as I'm concern.....Then come the impeachment saga targeting at opposition parties..Are you saying all pdp control state governors are saints?? Are you saying Gej is saint??? Now,the impeachment train is already in Nassarawa state & after that will move to rivers, edo & some other apc states...My point here is that Gej should pls stop this nonsense! There are lots of issues to address than this crazy political game....God bless Nigeria!
ReplyDeleteNyako, you see what corruption can causd. You where lucky to be employed and entitled to pension. while must you steal the public funds? No meaningful project has been executed, workers Salaries not regular and state alocation being paid. The Country has been mongage in poverty but the Northern part is a big disgrace. Unemployed rate is growning everyday while they are paying so much BH to blind fold the poor people they are leading. Is time for some of you to recieve your disgrace on earth here.
ReplyDeletenawa for this country, I strongly believe that the end will justify the means
ReplyDeleteMrs Alison Madueke is suspected of fund misappropriation and yet to clarify herself before the House of Assembly, did I hear anyone saying "a sacred goat". Gov. Lamido is accused of siphoning public fund through his son, "case closed". A politician yet to purify a character that unseated him as a gov, reelected as a gov, "na we we". Fuel subsidy scam, "forgotten" etc. But Nyako nko???? e dey e dey e dey! BUT THERE IS GOD OOOOOO!
ReplyDeleteMany civilians are dying everyday of hunger, starvation, no shelter, no medical attention, strike by MDA and our focus is still on 2015. Remember that none of these callous politicians is short of food, shelter, use public hospitals for their family, yet we are clearing the way for them to continue to kill us. Suffering and smiling! It's a pity on us!
ReplyDeleteAPC! Progress! Bam! aah! E gbami oo!
ReplyDeleteOne thing APC have failed to understand is that when U have no structure on ground to fight a MEGA ruling party , u begin to insult the power that be. It is not going to be easy for APC , even if they start killing of the Youth corpers again in 2015 PDP will win without rigging and continue to rule Nigeria... Bravo to PDP
