Super Eagles Captain, Austin Jay Jay Okocha has said Coach Stephen Keshi should be held responsible for the lame approach the team adopted in the goaless draw against Iran last night.
Speaking as an analyst on Supersport after the match, Okocha said, “Keshi should be held responsible for the way the team played. Before the match he said African teams are tactically not disciplined and he did not bring anything new to the table.
“His changes were poor. He took out Moses and brought in Ameobi. I think that was a wrong change.
“We saw how Osaze came in and showed a lot of creativity. That is the kind of thing we expected. Iran match would have been our strongest point but we missed it.”
Meanwhile, Coach Stephen Keshi has said that the Super Eagles did their best to defeat Iran.
Speaking moments after the match, Keshi said that “I wanted victory in this match, in fact, I want to win all the matches but this is football, that even when you dominate a game, you still don’t get the resultt Click to signup for FREE news updates, latest information and hottest gists everyday

Clueless coach nt even a sign of remorse..in a prolific tournment as dis ur bois cud nt even score a single goal u re dere rolling tounge abt playin ur best.smh
ReplyDeletepls,why Osaze was benched
ReplyDeleteAnimal pointed as coach
ReplyDeleteIt was so dissappointing that you keshi never started wit osaze cuz he could have given us atleast one goal. keshi work on yourself. this is not nations cup.
ReplyDeletePolitical coach, with political statement and character. Get us a goal scorer.
ReplyDeleteHe was so foolish for benching osaz n subsititued moses, it seems he has personal feeling for musa n thereby favoured him. He lack creativity except sprinting like Hussein Bolt
ReplyDeleteA foolish coach always has debased ideas. I rest my case here because if I would keep writing I would rain down curse on the keshi....just let me stop here.
ReplyDeletePls let us go it easy on kechi, he is jus a man not God, I tink he also wnt d same tin we all wnt, winning!!! Osazie shld not b beanched while dat 4runner wit NO break strt he's race, dats my opinion, wht we need is inspiration by scoring a goal, not a negotiations by musa.
ReplyDeleteWat did keshi see in dat nonsense ahmed musa..
ReplyDeleteAnd Keshi is still blaming Osaze and saying Osaze didn't play well at all. Keshi is either confusing Nigerians for fools or he's confused himself.
