Finland-based mobile technology company Nokia announced on Friday that it has substantially completed the sale of its Devices & Services sector to Microsoft.
According to Nokia, it expected that the total transition price would be slightly higher than the price of 5.44 billion euros initially agreed in last September.
Nokia and Microsoft have made certain adjustments, which included terms that Nokia’s manufacturing facilities in Chennai of India and Masan in South Korea will not be transferred to Microsoft. Click to signup for FREE news updates, latest information and hottest gists everyday
