Golden Eaglets forward, Musa Yahaya will pocket 250,000 Pounds Sterling in his first year as a pro with Spurs in the EPL.
Yahaya chose Spurs ahead of several of Europe’s top clubs including Manchester City, Arsenal, Atletico Madrid, Monaco and Bayer Leverkusen but he will now be loaned out to Spanish club, Celta Vigo according to report.
MTNFootball.com reports that the 16-year-old Yahaya will be started on an annual salary of 250,000 Pounds at the London club. Yahaya was one of the top stars as Nigeria won a record fourth U17 World Cup in Abu Dhabi in November.
The teenage star chose Celta ahead of two other options presented to him by Spurs – Dutch side PSV Eindhoven and Standard Liege in Belgium.
