Why give airtel money to erect their mast in the first place. Is the company doing a humanitarian work? It is only in Nigeria that such things happen. People buy transformers and still pay PHCN electricity bills. Airtel is a purely international business consortium why pay money for them to expand their business and when one is not like buying a shares of the organisation. It is pure stupidity. O to!
