The Turakin Adamawa while reacting to the development said, Sanusi’s suspension would affect the nation’s economy negatively.
Atiku through his Twitter handle on Friday said, “Our nation at the moment needs economic stability and investor confidence – the FG’s actions will affect the economy negatively.
“If this CBN Governor’s suspension is not contested in court, it could set a dangerous precedent for the future – economically & politically.
“Instead of playing politics with the institution of the CBN, our FG should be building an economy that creates more jobs for Nigerians.”
