South African rapper Tumi Molekane took to twitter recently to accuse Nigerian video director Clarence Peters who directed Tiwa Savage‘s Eminado video of intellectual theft.
Tumi (and several fans) said, the Clarence Peters directed “Eminado” video directly lifted key visual elements off his own “Asinamali” video which was released a couple of years ago.

oh my!
ReplyDeleteI actually thot it was an original concept by Clarence Peters.
But looking at the brighter side of things. I think Tumi Molekane inspired him.
Fat mumu tomi. How did Clarence steal your video concept? Please get a life. The sky is big enough for so many birds to fly.
ReplyDeleteNearness in concept but entirely different content. So brother has no case.
ReplyDeleteOk. So he used your idea. You might just call yourself a concept thief also? What did you steal, you might ask? The idea of a music video. Someone first made a music video and the fact that you have one is a clear sign that you stole it from him. Yeah! And also, the idea of having girls dance in music videos you might also have stolen if you've made any music videos that have girls dancing in it. Because, someone first made a music video with girls in it and HE ISN'T COMPLAINING.
