The General Overseer of the Worldwide International Miracle Centre, Prophet Francis Ekpenkhio, has said that the current cold war between former president Olusegun Obasanjo and President Goodluck Jonathan, would lead to a full scale political crisis in 2014 if necessary steps were not taken to reconcile the two leaders.
The Lagos-based prophet said this in a statement which contained his New Year Message issued in Abuja on Tuesday.
The cleric in his message titled, “2014: A year of judgment for sinners and bad leaders worldwide”, said God was unhappy with the hostilities against the government of Jonathan and that the situation could degenerate into bloody crisis if not handled with caution.
He said the will of God for Nigeria in 2014 was for the country to move forward economically so that the citizens would be salvaged from the shackles of poverty and joblessness, especially in the Niger Delta region.
He said, “Nigerian leaders should seek God’s guidance now. They should return to God with all their hearts and make a fresh resolution to do His will by remembering the poor and the needy in their actions.
“Nigeria’s past and present leaders should be aware of God’s wrath and judgment over them if they fail to concentrate on improving the standard of living for the citizenry”
He specifically asked Jonathan to be extra cautious because his political enemies would plan to kill him between February and May, using a woman to hatch their devilish plot.
He warned the Nigerian government against legalising same sex marriage because God would visit His anger on nations that had signed the evil practice into law in 2014. Click to signup for FREE news updates, latest information and hottest gists everyday

Political pastor. Looking for means to invite the president to your congregation. Who want to kill each other or you have not heard they are training snipers to assassinate political enemy. Why can't these pastors oreach about God's kingdom or did they read in the bible where Christian in the first century involving themselves in polities? How can we call ourselves Christian when we don't imitate Jesus Christ or his apostles or his followers.
