Emenike suffered a partial tear on his right thigh muscle and was substituted in the 80th minute by Mehmet Topuz in a game his side won 2-1.

Emenike was dogged by long-term injuries last year. First, an hamstring at the Nations Cup and then a knee injury that required surgery in Italy.
He has scored eight goals in 17 league games for Fenerbahce this season
Meanwhile, the former Spartak Moscow striker has been acquitted of match-fixing charges by the Supreme Court, Turkey media report.
