NAN reports that the defected members immediately brought out brooms to celebrate their move after the announcement of their names by the speaker.
It would be recalled that Gov. Aliyu Wamakko and his supporters had since defected to the APC, while his Deputy, Alhaji Mukhtari Shagari had remained in the PDP.
Shagari had at a recent news conference in Sokoto said that his loyalty to the party and President Goodluck Jonathan was intact.
The deputy governor also maintained that his relationship with Wamakko was still cordial.

Keep on defecting for blind selfish interest. Let us see if nigerians are mature enough to see that APC is now Looters incorporated. Once they select thier Hausa ruler candidate not on merit that will be it for that party. They still think we are fools
ReplyDeleteAPC will surely have problem when it comes to electing presidential flag bearer.
