ReplyDeleteReno,You are not rational & logical in your question to Nigerians also not sincere to the Nigeria Govt. the new owner of power need time to put the power sector in order before the different will be visible. they need to change the mode of payment i.e. to change from analog meter to prepaid meter. the era of carrying insincere PHCN bill about and disconnecting light should be work on by the new owner. Reno , the changes we all expect requires a lot of work. so now you are to work with the new owner of Nigeria Electricity to get the best. Lewis Omueti
