I am glad that President Olusegun Obasanjo has finally described the former Chairman of the EFCC, Farida Waziri, for the beast that she has always been and that he has commended my brother Nuhu Ribadu for his excellent record of service to our country.
However I must say that I think that it is ill-advised for Baba to be attacking Abubakar Atiku at this point in time.
Two months ago he fired a similar salvo at Bola Tinubu as well which was again completely unecessary.
We need unity within the ranks of those of us that oppose Jonathan at this crucial time and not the resurrection of old quarrels, finger-pointing, rancour and discord.
Politics is about give and take and unless there is a hidden agenda to save Jonathan from drowning I really don't see the point in attacking those that have similar goals to ours.
The objective is to get Jonathan and his cohorts out of power in 2015 and we only have a few months to do it. We must bury the hatchet and work together to achieve that objective.
That is the only way that we can save Nigeria from utter destruction.

ReplyDeleteWell, my take on this is simple. The woman may be bad but that is simply because the system is bad. A good system always have a high propensity of generating quality items while the reverse is true for a bad system.
ReplyDeleteFFk should know that removing GEJ from the helm of affairs is not what Nigeria crave for but his replacement with a better option which will come via a good system. Whoever comes in should be one that will ensure the sustainability of GOOD as against EVIL in the polity. A wrong act is wrong no matter the side of the fence one is standing at. Everyone should be judged fair or unfair irrespective of who's camp the person bear his allegiance to.

From my personal view, this goverment are on track. Just that things has gone too bad before coming to political lime-light. I think the masses will bring Him back if he scale through the PDP tussle. He has our interest in heart & his administration has being consistent in developments. The question is this, those clamoring for change, do they have the positive change to offer this country? All they are saying is change(NOT POSITIVE CHANGE, they have being the same old Cargos that has refused to let the country move forward. They are for their selfish interests, if not while could 'they' not contribute to the well being of this country as it's obtainable in the advanced world?
