Seven governors of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) today walked out of the special delegates convention of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), thereby deepening the crisis in the ruling party.
The governors who took what may be a final walk from the troubled party are those of Jigawa, Niger, Sokoto, Rivers, Niger, Adamawa, and Kwara.
The governors followed former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, who also walked out, to the Yar'Adua Center in Abuja where they held a press conference to detail the reasons for their storming out.
Also in the protest walk is a former chairman of the PDP, Abubakar Baraje, and some Senators. Click to signup for FREE news updates, latest information and hottest gists everyday

Mr David Nna Amadi....the 7 Govs are real democrates.Democracy is beautiful, d PDP top leadership refused 2 cease various opportunity 2 genuinly reconcile aggrieved members. For ordinary Nigerian its a postive competition come 2015.
ReplyDeleteWhat ever they are doing is definitely not for the interest of Nigerians..
ReplyDeleteATIKU SPENT HIS DAYS IN OFFICE LOOTING, WHY SHOULD ANY REASONABLE PERSON EXPECT ANYTHING GOOD FROM THIS SET OF DESPIRADO'S
@emex:AbdulSalaam, atiku, abacha, banbagida, obasonjo and the present adminitration including namadi sambo, jonathan and his wife patience are all lotters, thiefs, pen robbers and there is notting so good to write about the both of them. So the earlier you stop deciving yourself and face reality the better for you.
ReplyDeleteSelfish greedy looters! Sovereign National Conference is the answer!
ReplyDelete@ Tarauna, good talk.
ReplyDeleteno shaking is der motto now.but der is shaking ahead of 2015
ReplyDeleteNO MIND THEM.WHO ARE THEY CHEATING. THOSE THAT WORKED OUT AND THOSE THAT STAYED ARE THE SAME LOOTERS. THEY WILL AGREE IN THE NEAREST FUTURE TO CONTINUE WITH THEIR LOOTING. NO ROADS ,NO POWER,NO SECURITY, NO EMPLOYMENT,THE LIST IS ENDLESS. THEY ARE PREPARING FOR ANOTHER POSITION SHARING/SELECTION BY 2015 WITHOUT ADDRESSING THE PROBLEMS THEY MET IN OFFICE. WE COMMON NIGERIAN ARE THE ONLY LOSERS.
ReplyDeleteIF THEY WILL ALLOW OUR VOTE TO COUNT BY 2015, LET US VOTE OUT PDP,PDM, APC, BECAUSE THESE THREE ARE FROM ONE FATHER AND MOTHER(PDP).
GOD BLESS MY COUNTRY, NIGERIA
THE UMBRELLA IS TEARING, BUT THE STORM IS NOT YET HEAVY AND THE SON IS NOT TOO HOT. OKEY! IT IS GETTING OLD. THE TRUTH IS THAT THOSE WHO WALKED OUT AND THOSE THAT STAYED ARE THE SAME OLD LOOTERS BUT ONLY THEIR INTERESTS FOR 2015 IS DIVIDING THEM. WHAT HAPPEN TO THE PROMISES OF 2011? THE COMMONEST THINGS(POWER, SECURITY, ROAD EMPLOYMENT,EDUCATION ETC.)ARE YET TO BE ADDRESSED AND THEY ARE NEGOTIATING FOR POSITIONS FOR 2015. WHO TOLD THEM WE WILL NOT VOTE THEM OUT BY 2015 EVEN AS THEY WILL NOT WANT OUR VOTE TO COUNT. THE REAL POWER BELONG TO THE MASSES AND WE ARE THE REAL LOSERS. GOD BLESS NIGERIA
ReplyDeleteIt is indeed time these BASTARDS are held accountable. How can a responsible government be campaigning for a future election immediately it goes into office? Nothing to show for the last promises, yet we are getting more promises. SANGO WILL SOON STRIKE THEM
