  2. This is cheap blackmail. These Ibos are getting bolder by the day in Lagos state. We need to develop a policy of containment to put them in their places. Fashola had done too much to work with these Ibos. It is time to take off the gloves and start beating them with bear knuckles. They believe they own Lagos. First we need to stop the traffickers. Second we need to police our territories. Third we need to institute a policy of Lagos is for Yorubas in jobs, housing etc. No more Igbo advisers, commissioners, etc. in Lagos state and if we see any of them who constitute a nuisance in the state, we deport them. Fourth we need to reduce their numbers in the state. If this pastor made such statement in the north , him and his church would have been burned to the ground. Thank God he is not in the north.

  3. He,(pastor) is the one who will lose his children in two weeks. Deport him out of Lagos. There must be a legal basis for such deportation. if not, let's make new laws that will deal with Ibos. Any foray into the affairs of Lagos state by any Ibo will lead to deportation from henceforth.

  4. Fashola should rename the estate formerly named after Anyaoku. All the streets bearing Ibo named persons should be renamed. Any Ibo working as commissioners, advisers, etc should be eased out. They are becoming a nuisance unless we deal with them now. All they are waiting for is to grow their population in the state and then they hope to have a showdown with the govt in power. We need to stop them now and not later.

    1. You're a bigger fool. The Yorubas have accommodated the excesses of the igbos for too long. Its high time they start deporting your dirty bums out of Lagos.
I had my NYSC in the East and I realised you guys are nothing but a bunch of proud people. No visible developments in your states. Please leave Lagos for people that appreciate the Yorubas and go and develop your states for them to be habitable for you guys.

    1. It seems Emex is more exposed than every other contributors especially those FOOL that claimed that their grand fathers are fool and not the tribe that accomodates you, makes you feel at home. Though I don't sopport the opion of first two contributors who are tribalistic. I think its about time we Nigerians realised that we re meant to be together. Have been to Onitsha and related with the wonderful pple but to my dismay they still try to differentiate themselves from Abakaliki pple just like the Eguns in Yorubaland will tell u their are not Yoruba's. Can someone tell me how many countries Nigeria will form if we are to be disintegrated? I stand to be corrected no fewer than 20 countries will emerge. It is better we appreciate ourselves and live together in peace and unity. God bless Nigeria.

    2. Fashola is a constituted Authority, his position is recognised by God. We shld knw d difference between PRIVILAGE N RIGHT. That place we call market is a railway n there shld nt be any form of human activity close 2 dat place if we must be sincere 2 ourselves. That prophet or whatever he calls himself shld think of better things 2 do with his life cos that prophecy is baseless.

  9. I still don't know where else this ethnic sentiments will lead us apart from DOOM. Is it not better you guys stop all this nonsense. Yorubas & Ibos all have faults in different dimensions. Who are you to judge,we all need each other. I believe all of you making contributions to support this proposed ethnic strife are very NAIVE. You will remain so except you change your perspective to life,I mean both sides& as far as I am concerned, you remain illiterate no matter your educational qualification if you don't understand that no man is an island....Chris Abara.

  14. Lagos is not in Ibo land or close to Ibo land. If you want to fight you will die. Take all your backwards Biafra talk and leave Nigeria. Useless people, all you do is cause problems and blame others.

  15. Because it makes sense to open a market on an active railway. The God I serve is not wicked. Whatever demon that was licking the blood of people that died when the train came is the one talking to that usesless prophet. Rubbish

  19. Pls the administrator of this portal, I beckon u to watch what u approve for the consumption of the users of U̶̲̥̅̊r service so that u dnt be a factor in causing a tribal crisis. There is tension already among the people and u are approving all this tribalistic antagonistic misiles to create more socio and psychological distances among the yorubas and Igbos.

  20. Tribal politics is a major problem to our socio-political growth. I do not see any sense in yorubas supporting a bad yoruba governors and igbo mandating a bad igbo governor too ....hausa as well. To me, any government the doesn't recognise the poor masses is a failure. I don't dispute the fact that GOD installs authorities, because it is oince said by 'Conficus'. Fashola should be more friendly towards poor masses.........i'm a yoruba guy, i'm no tribalist........Nigeria is composed of many nations, we know that: igbo, yoruba and hausa are all Nigerians. I don't see any point in deportion of any Nigerian. Letter to my honourable governor fashola, take am easy o because if you cause any trouble, your kids are not in the country, so it falls back on the innocent citizens.......my peace

  21. Please if you are a prophet of God make sure what u speak is truly the message of the living God . If the Governor closed the market because the market is on the railway I think he is trying to save lives .

  22. You guys should check the bible verses this fake prophet referred to now...they do not say anything around what he is saying. This so called prophet is sick. He should be traced captured and taken to yaba psychiatric hospital immediately.
Wonder why so many people are wasting their anger on him.

  23. "Don't let Enemies rejoice over you"
People have been living before Yaba became a market. Abandon the place for Fashola.
But note if a man's ways are pleasing to God, his enemies w'd be at peace with him.
The fight is not between A YORUBA leader and IGBO traders. We equally have yoruba/hausa traders in Yaba also. Are the Yoruba/Hausa/Igbo/Edo/fulani/Ijaw/Itsekiri/Idomas/Tivs/ etc. buyers not affected?

Pls address issues and eschew ethnic sentiments.

  25. Only in nigeria people will hawk goods on a rail track n blame d government when d train crushes them to death. We want all this people in power to transform our land to rival that of the western world yet we still want to live like animals.you can't have your cake and pounded yam at the same time. This shouldn't even be debated,it shows how uncivilized we are as a societyy.I honestly don't think we are ready for democracy. You see people throwing trash like pure water bags, bottles etc inside the gutter and yet when the place clogs up and their is flood in their neighborhood as a result of the drainage being block, they start to blame the government. What do u do when a goat step out of line? U beat it with a stick.i actually think we ain't different from goats and thus we need to be beaten with sticks just like the great days of the buhari/idiagbon era.Kai was effective, lagos was clean and so were a lot of states. We have injected tribal sentiments into our politics but the truth is,what has Johnathan done for the niger delta people since he became president? Those people deserves a lot of our appreciation because the bane of our economy is based on the natural resources from that axis yet development has been miniscue at best. They get most of the government allocation yet it still lacks behind other developed state. When are all this tribalistics idiots/Goats going to realise that all this tribal goading are only meant to divide and keep us busy from d real issue at hand which is corruption.Corruption is so imbeded in the fabric of our society that I am not sure their is a messiah out there. The only thing I can personally go for is a proven hand.Buhari is proven, fashola is proven though he dropped the ball with the deportation but some idiots have turned it into a tribal warfare when in actuality he deported more people from his tribes than any other. The cry of the masses should be that on what legality should he deport a citizen of nigeria not on what tribe they constitute.Jonathan is from naija delta and what has he done for them? The people speaking up for him are all ex militants who he paid exorbitant amount of money a month to keep quiet.alot of them are fat cows leaving in mansions while majority of the masses are still in poverty. It is not tinkling down, jonathan is not the answer, even with him paying all this militant a lot of money to guard the pipeline,we are still losing over 4000,000 barrel of crude oil a day to pipeline vandals.are my people still this naive and stupid? You never for once ask where the proceed of all this money derived from the stolen crude oil is going!!! A Lot of them are being diverted to the account of jonathan's cohort and to procure more weapons and amunnitions in anticipation of a free for all in 2015.I am a Yoruba man and I don't see an leadership quality in all the idiots parading themselves to be a presidential candidate.Fashola will make a good president but he isn't running, wole soyinka will make a good president as well but we all know he woudn't run,or as some people will refer to him,"he's not a politician".I guess the definition of a politician in naija politics is the ability to steal money with impunity. My reason for buhari is the mere fact that we all know a lot of the people that plundered the resources of this great country don't want him there, they are scared. That my people is reason enough for me to want him there so he can bring all this fat cats to justice.Alot of them are already meeting with him to secure his reassurance that if they supports him, that he shouldn't probe them. That right there shows they r scared of him.If this country is to move forward,we need to right the wrong of the past, nigeria is on a weak foundation and the building will collapse. We should be clamoring for a transformational leader not on tribal line or sentiments. We seem to not be cognizant of this but more interested in the price of bread!!!

  28. Ican say categorically and spiritually that the prophecy is definitely from Almighty God. The man should be ignored and send to Aro hospital for treatment. I have absolute faith in what Gov. Fashola did. Have you lately been to the Railway Market in question? Very horrible sight and scary! There are more areas like this within Lagos Metropolis which need cleansing like the railway market. The exercise should continue without any interruption. Lagos needs a new wear and prestige and there is no going back to the old. Every Lagosians should fully back up Gov. Fashola and his administration. Lagos should demonstrate good leadership which every Nigerians should adopt. Well done Gov. Fashola. May the good Lord continue to enhance your knowledge and wishdom.

  31. We supposed to have outgrown this tribal sentiment fo God sake. We all need one another;however, we all have to respect the people God have placed in the position of authority and Leaders should exercise their authority with a fear of God and respect to human dignity. May God forgive those that are still nursing embers of dicord in this part of the world. Our National Anthem says "though tribes and tongues may differ, in brotherhood we stand", please let Love leeds and rule us all in all our dealings. The Prophet should deliver whatever message he claimed he has with wisdom, but he should remember that he is answerable for his action or his activities here on earth in the last day of God's judgement.
