As long as a tree is not cut from its root; it'll always re-surface again. I can't say much about the Goodluck Jonathan's administration because I don't know the steps taking to curb this national menace. Last two years when a church was bombed & a village raided by some terrorist; they were caught & handed to the Plateau state Government who inturn took them to Abuja for trial. Last year, the Governor (Jonah Jang) confirmed in a presidential forum that he doesn't know the outcome of the trial. My point is exept the culprits are prosecuted, Nigeria should always expect these kind of news.
