As the cloud of adultery mess hovers around the Ministry of Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of Common Wealth Of Zion Assembly, COZA, concerned members of the church have expressed disappointment that the ‘Apostle’ has not clinically come out to either accept or deny the allegation levelled against him.
Fatoyinbo has been in the news for allegedly sleeping with one of his church members who gave her name as Ese Walter.
The wind blew and the chicken romp was exposed over the weekend when the lady in a tell-it-all article exposed her escapade with the man of God.
Ese in the controversial article entitled, “My affair with Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of COZA,” explained how she savoured the ‘John Thomas’ of the preacher for years before things fell apart between them.
However, the pastor has neither come out to refute or accept the allegation but claimed that when he asked God, God told him to keep quiet, a statement, which his teeming members have described as ‘immaterial.’
“Now read my lips, I know there are people here that are not part of our church, read my lips, we are going to speak but we are consulting to come out with a robust reply. Before then, I will not say anything, but I owe it to you as members that have made me proud and have made God proud,” he told his congregation during the Sunday Service.
Speaking with a source, a member of the church who gave his name as Israel (surname withheld) said the pastor should stop beating about the bush but come out to tell his members the whole truth.
“God can’t ask you to keep quiet in this matter because his name is at stake too. The church of God is being accused here and same God is telling him to keep quiet? That is immaterial, I can’t accept that. I came to church this morning to hear from him only for him to spoil my day with such statement.”
Asked if he would still continue to worship with the church, the fair completion man said, “I’m not worshiping the man of God, my aim is to make heaven at last, that won’t stop me from going to the church but we should not lie against God.” He added.
Another lady who gave her name as Tees, said, “The truth is that members of the church will support their pastor. The girl will be at the receiving end even if she is telling the truth. That’s Africa for you. If it were Yankee, They would investigate this man. Now the girl must feel like its a million people against one person. I believe her though, but I also believe she feels scorned. That is the root of all this revelation. Hell hath no fury like a “woman scorned”
For Simzie, the man of God is yet to clear the air on the matter.
According to her, “As far as I am concerned, you have not said anything to refute the allegation made against you, or maybe I do not understand your language. Just make it simple by saying NO, this never happened or better still if you are too proud or ashamed to confess to your subjects or congregation, then I suggest you go to a higher man of God and help yourself. One thing I am sure of is that you need help. Why do I believe Ese? I went through something similar in the hands of a man of God who claimed that he was visited by Jesus Christ in his home. Ladies, we really have to be careful. There is so much deception going on now in the world,” he warned.
Another angry member of the ministry who would not want his name mentioned said he would be disappointed if the pastor is found guilty of the allegation.
According to him, “There’s no smoke without fire, a lady would not just wake up and start writing what she doesn’t know. I just pray he’s impeccable because this is big shame to the body of Christ,” she said. Click to signup for FREE news updates, latest information and hottest gists everyday

U guys shud let sleepin dog lie.God is d supreme judge let's allow God 2 judge pls.
ReplyDeleteIt takes humilty to repent and do restitution. May the Lord grant the pastor grace to do the right. However, a day is coming when God will judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ. How far or near nobody knows.
ReplyDeleteMost people are taking their pastors way of life as the standard to heaven. JESUS IS THE ONLY STANDARD TO HEAVEN AND RIGHTIOUSNESS.
ReplyDeletePEOPLE ARE HYPOCRITE, We should be more concern about our sin and continue to ask GOD for forgiveness... COZA pastor is a Man not GOD, If really he has done that, THEN HE HAS SINNED AGAINST GOD NOT MAN... TO ME THIS IS NOT EVEN A NEWS.
Point of correction dearest Emex......THIS IS NOT NEWS.....not A NEW
DeleteAnonymous 7:33, the'' EVEN'' there brought about the ''A''. Thank you anyway.

Delete@ Iyo, don't b fooled. This is not a case of judging a man of God. It's a case of justice. He should come out and say yes or no to d allegations. We should stop covering up important issues in d name of religion. If this happen in western world this pastor will b indicted and called to questioning in the court of law.
ReplyDeleteHave followed coments on dis issue n u seem to have a personal beef 4 d pastor.u didnt call hime into ministry, neither r u aware of his calling. I do not know d man in question neither am i a member of his ministry. But i beg to stand neutral...let God be judge.
DeleteThe pastor is talking crap! He is still manipulating people by saying God asked him to keep quiet! He is simply manipulating, period!
ReplyDeletePastor, come out and tell us your side of the story and let the devil be put to shame.....the devil in you or the devil in your accusers!
Stop manipulating us please.
ABI ALL OF UNA DAY CRAZE? SEND THE SATAN INCARNATE AWAY B4 HE FATHERS EVERY SON IN THE CHURCH.CANT U C EVERYBODY HE DON TASTE.ALL U MEMBERS,HE DON SLEEP WIT UNA WIVES
ReplyDeleteIt's really a news but not a big news. However, in Nigeria, it is a big news to the church members and the critics of the pastor. I'm not God, but simple logic, drawn from the defence mechanism employed by the pastor, during his sunday service, somewhat exposed his involvement. My simple advice to the church members is this: this is a trying moment for your pastor, pray for him and advise him not to lie. He should clear the air. And please, encourage him to stand even if guilty of the allegation against him by Eze.

ReplyDeleteA leaders Sin they say is a leading sin. It is even unsafe for his church members to worship under his "anointing" if he's really guilty. Remember what happened in the bible, when saul sinned, the spirit of the lord left him and the spirit of the devil took him over. This is no longer a issue of letting any sleeping dogs lie or not. If pastor biodun is indeed guilty,he needs to go before God again for mercy n renewed strength n grace, hence he'll be offering strange fire on Gods altar n has many has he lays hands upon will partake of it.
ReplyDeleteA few years back,Bishop Francis Wale Oke fell into adultery and he didn't not wait till the lady confessed before he came before God and his congregation to confess and go through necessary disciplinary actions and God restored himm n kept his ministry.
Fatoyinbo should learn from this man of faith. There's nothing new under the heavens,so he should confront the issue n stop dragging Gods name in the mud. We all sin n God forgives, but our leaders are out there for our examples n as they stumble n fall and yet pick themselves up again people are looking up to them.
David was a man after Gods own heart, but he kept falling into sin,but God didn't cast him away cos each time he sinned,he would confess, not avoid the sin and ask for forgiveness and God would forgive and sometimes punish too.
So Pastor of Coza needs to take a stand n if he's guilty, people around him can help him get through this rough patch and also ensure it dosent happen againbecause it bound to if not addressed.
May God help us all to make heaven which is the ultimate
I appreciate God's wisdom in your life. I agree with your ponts. Heaven is our ultimate
DeleteGod bless you anonymous, you have spoken well, it shall be well with your Soul.
DeleteBlah blah blah, pastor did you do or not? It's a simple yes or no.
ReplyDeleteWho say u can't castigate a person for doing wrong are we not same nigerians that throw stones at non performing governors and political office holders.because they are so called pastors we should keep quiet at their immoral way of life.the disciples of Jesus condemned the pharisees and the scribes.these guys are just satans advocates using Gods name.
ReplyDeleteWhat else do you expect from a person who in the face of such a serious accusations says God had asked him to keep quiet. The man has indirectly admitted the offence.
ReplyDeleteHis followers should appreciate this fact and forgive him!
am sorry to say this, that the man of God is a man first of all and goes through the same temptation everyone of you too goes to.but I must say this lady was never abused, probably it was an affair, the pastor later got back to his senses and stopped.so she felt dumped and come up with all this. or better still she is an agent of darkness to spoil the man's ministry.that is why pastors should be extremely careful.it's a pity if the pastor is guilty, its left between him and God. but people should be careful about passing judgment, probably he has already made peace with his God! also, before you judge ,having in mind that he is also a man like you ask yourself if you have never done a thing like this before...may be you have not...then remember,"he that thinks he stands should take heed, lest he falls"
ReplyDeletethank you.
In as much as I refuse to swallow Ese Walters and Franka E's damning allegations hook, line and sinker,Pastor Fatoyinbo is not helping matters too.Either he realises it or not,he is a public figure and whatever affects his reputation, affects the COZA family and indeed the Christendom! So,he as to redeem not only his own image and that of COZA but those of the young majority members who looks up to him as a role model and man of God.To continue to keep silent under the guise of unprovable claim that 'God told me to keep quiet' is tantamount to playing the Ostrich;which hides its head in the sand thinking that nobody sees him, even when 99% of its body is outside!
ReplyDeleteIt is not only Pastor Fatoyinbo that is on trial, but all the Pastors in COZA and elsewhere plus the multitude of their followers. So,be smart and bold to deflate the allegations with clinically incontrovertible evidences:e.g.(1)WERE YOU IN LONDON ON THE DATE ALLEGED BY ESE?;(2)WERE YOU IN THE HOTEL WHERE SHE ALLEGEDLY VISITED YOU?(3)WERE YOU LODGED IN WHEATBAKER HOTEL LAGOS ON THE DAY FRANKA ALLEGED TO HAD BEEN THERE WITH YOU?(4)WOULD YOUR INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT PROVE THAT YOU WERE NOT IN LONDON ON THE DATE ALLEGED BY ESE WALTERS?(5)WOULD WHEATBAKER RECORDS SHOWS THAT YOU WERE NOT IN THEIR HOTEL ON THE DATE ALLEGED BY FRANKA E.?If these questions could be proved to your advantage, then your accusers would have been shamed without even a fight!
Alternatively, you can report the allegations to the State Security Service (SSS) for unbiased and uninfluenced investigation. The SSS would investigate the above posers and give him a clean bill of integrity,if truly Pastor Fatoyinbo is innocent.
He could as well go to court and file for defamation of character,so that his accusers could bring their alleged evidences to the court for scrutiny and determination. To continue to hide under an unprovable 'God said I should be quiet' directive is begging the issue and doing more grevious harm to himself than his accusers have done!It would had been smarter for him to even say 'God is my Witness!",as claimed by the late legendary Tiv leader,Chief Hon.Senator Joseph Sarwuan Tarka, when he was accessed of corruption as a Federal Commissioner (Minister) in 1973 by a fellow Tiv man,the recently late Chief Godwin Daboh, during General Yakubu Gowon's regime.
In conclusion,if the Pastor knows that the allegations are true,he should confess to God and make biblically acceptable restitutions.Thereafter,he should tender an heartfelt and unreserved apology to his Accusers and their families,COZA congregation, his family and friends, and indeed the entire Christendom! He should then step aside from the COZA leadership and live his life in peace of mind, knowing fully that the Lord Jesus Christ has forgiven him and set him free for life from inner conscience torments and guilty. He,whom the Lord sets free,is free indeed, and forever too!
Adaramola (Sp.Ap.)
My dear brother, it is not rocket science, for the fact that he cannot come out to disprove the said allegations, by answering the questions you have raised, he is guilty, I wonder why the leadership of Coza won't come out to make a strong statement to that effect... God will help Pastor Biodun.
DeleteI'm sure all d people that want d Pastor to say what they want to hear are people who just want to use it as a headline and not people with genuine intention of praying for him. How will his response impact ur heavenly race I ask? Pls forget abt d pastor and continue ur race. Do nt be distracted by d devil.
ReplyDeleteEmex dear Thank you, my brother. These are babies in the Lord!

ReplyDeleteNew International Version
For it is time for judgment to begin with God's household; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God?
I think the issue here is not a shame on the Body Christ but on the Pastor (if the allegation is true).
Not everyone who claims to be a pastor or a congregation who name themselves after Christ is a body of Christ.
Christ knows who are his and he has warned us that things like this must come.
This is not a news because almost all of us reading this news know that things like this are common in our neighbourhood. This case only seems to be different because it is reported in the News.
Or have we forgotten that one of the hidden secret why the Pope Resigned (according to News reports) was because of Sexual Scandal among the Cardinals!
The foundation of Christ stands sure...Christ knows who are his.
The church must be delivered from the hand of the devourers so that Christ can revive his church and prepare her for the coming rapture.
Christ is not coming for a stained church but a pure church.
MANY PASTORS HAVE DESTROYED MY VINEYARD, THEY HAVE TRODDEN MY PORTION UNDERFOOT, THEY HAVE MADE MY PORTION A DESOLATE WILDERNESS (Jeremiah 12:10 KJV)
instead of focusing and gossip this Pastor, I thinK we need to look younder
There is nothing in place of the truth, but falsehood. Everyday this pastor has done so and so, from adultery to sodomy to armed robbery, yet you people don't reflect and see the light. Come to the religion of truth (Al-Islam). Certainly there is no true religion but Islam. This is an advice to all the will heed to it. If you don't at least you've been told.
ReplyDeletePastor you need to have a male as your PA, this Lady is Satan agent sent from the pit of HELL to destroy your ministry, come out clean, God is still in the throne, ask God for forgiveness. that settles it
ReplyDeleteAnonymous 10:29, Shot up uR mouth!!! Boko Haram like U̶̲̥̅̊. If islam was the true religion why does it breed paedophiles and terrorists?
ReplyDeleteLife is per head ans Salvation is personal, S̶̲̥̅Æ ̴̴̴̴̴̴͡ let us all look unto God for mercy and direction.
stop rubbish!! Must he be a pastor??? hungry devil
ReplyDeleteWho says Islam is the best religion when Alhajis with many wives still rent flats for our corpers in the North and enjoy them to the full before thy finish their assignment?
ReplyDeleteAdvertising to attract people to a church has long been a debatable topic. Nonetheless, both the church and the public benefit from it. Creating awareness about the events and service programs of a become ordained online can be a challenging task at times.
ReplyDeleteBLOG-SPHERE JUNGLE JUSTICE!!!
ReplyDeletePeople…Can we kindly mind the remarks we make here.Please.I strongly believe we can all appeal to our intelligent minds when we agree to be objective and not destructive in our constructions. I really do understand the pain of every contributor and I think we are not so far from each other in the context of the subject matter. Here is my take. What I see is Blog-sphere jungle justice. In a jungle, when someone perpetuate a crime or an assumed suspect, he is judged by all,at once which over time civilization has refuted this and had provisioned that the suspect is tried, if convicted then a punishable penalty. In the Kingdom of light where I assume we all belong,It is the same principle. No mortal has the powers to judge a fellow mortal.Every creation is judged by his Creator. This is a spiritual law. This is seen when Jesus asked anyone who had not sinned from his mother’s womb to be the first to cast his stone on the adulterous woman. On this premise,You would agree with me that this are the right actions to take when we have the complet picture of the story.(1)If I was Ese and I feel abused,I will defend my rights in the civil jurisdiction.(Not blogging).(2)If we think this is a social misfit, then let COZA members be allowed to follow their destiny.(3)If you are very angry and concerned about the marriage institution, you couldn’t be more overaged if Pastor Mrs Fatoyinbo stands fully by her man(No official statement of disappointment has been made by her)…so there is a twist .so where is all this pointing to the media. The social media and blogsphere is now a platform for jungle justice.I like to appeal to all christain and all who has the fear of God in them. This is tearing the Kingdom of God down. This is not about COZA or Pastor Biodun or Ese.It is about God’s institution:the Church. You don’t want to fight what God is building.Your comments and remarks are gates that are stopping and discouraging the furtherance of God’s work. Be mindful of this and remain silent. There will be consequences for aiding, supporting or judging what you don’t fully know(we just heard one side of the story).A deeper thought in this light will reveal the true essence of all of this.
I like to be objective and real.
God Bless You.

God help us all...
ReplyDeleteIn my own opinion, I believe he should come clean or refute the claims. No body is above mistakes. He should try to stop using manipulative comments like "God told me to keep quiet". If God asked him to keep quiet why did he refer to the fact that he asked God and got the response from the most high to keep quiet. As I earlier wrote it is my own opinion. He should come clean and make amends. It may not have happened as Ese graphically explained but all the same, he should address it. There are times when silence is golden and when it could be misconstrued.
ReplyDeleteEse na now u come dey complain. why didn't u speak up all along? oh! u were enjoying his dick? u ladies are spoilt.
ReplyDeleteEvery jobless person in this country that ventures into church business claims to be called by God. Imao. Jonathan, abeg, create more jobs to reduce the churches. They are not even helping matters. Prosperity and motivational preaching are the order of the day hence, the members are pushed into all sorts. By the way, that pastor na fine guy sha so most of the babes in that church would have had their share. Heaven is so far away from some people.
ReplyDeleteI am a Christian yet so ashamed of other Christians coming up with excuses for pastor biodun...are they saying assuming he was caught stealing or rather accused if stealing by policemen, he wnt be prosecuted because he is a man of God or he wld uttered in the court of law wat he told his church members...why do we rubbish God in the name of religion?let us leave sentiments aside and address the issue at hand....and pls let's put a stop to "touch not my anointed"...a man under the anointing of God wldnt indulge in wat he was accused off....and pls its quite annoying wen I hear pple say "they also have blood running tru their veins"....being a pastor comes with great and many responsibilities...for instance wat will u say if a married woman

For a lady(Eze) to have come out to narrate this kind of ugly story without even thinking about the implication on herself shows that something is fishing. If it is not a set up against the pastor, then the lady must have been using some kind of power to deceive the pastor just as the devil did to Eve. This a warning to all the servants of God never to sleep off, because their enemy is working seriously to bring them down. He who has ears let him hear.
