60 year old man, Victor Edoruyi, has been remanded in prison for allegedly defiling his 11-year old daughter.
Victor was remanded by an Ikpoba-Okha Magistrate Court alongside his herbalist friend, Sheggy Panamer.
The offence was committed in September 2012.
The court was informed by police prosecutor that the duo conspired to sexually assault the victim.
A doctor testified that that there were medical evidences to show that the offence was committed with serious health implications on the victim.
The court also sentenced one Osarodion Omorogbe to six years jail term for defiling a 16 year old girl.
Omorogbe reportedly gave the victim a bottle of intoxicating medium size “Guinness Stout” drink to enable him have unlawful canal knowledge of her.
Presiding Magistrate, Igho Braimoh held that the prosecutor proved that the accused committed the crime as “he had nothing to say throughout the duration of his trial.”
