ReplyDeleteIf it were in Nigeria, Presidency would have set-up a committee to dialogue with this people sleeping so that the committee will have to find out why they are sleeping and ammanesty would have been granted and the report of the committe will be passed to National-Assembly for possile Amendment. Shame on African-Leaders!.
