ReplyDeleteThe church leaders deserve to be punished for imposing religion and church-going on these undergraduates. What a way to display lawlessness?! This is absolutely unacceptable.

ReplyDeleteThe student truly deserved to be punished! They missed a lot for coming late to the church. Who knows may be the congregation has clapped hands 10, 000 times, shout Haleluyyah 270 times etc. Who keeps count? How could the late comers make up?
ReplyDeleteIslam is the best. Whenever you reach mosque late, just join the congregation and complete your worship after the leader (Imam) signal the end of the worship by uttering teslim (pease).
I trust Baptist denomination for discipline which we need badly in Nigeria. The institution should not be blamed for encouraging discipline. I doubt if any of the parents should complaint or protest about the discipline because it is part of bringing the pupils to submission to the rules and regulation of the university.
