Since he hasn't been playing much of recent for both club/country, The Nigerian striker has been using social networking website, Twitter to vent his feelings in recent times.
A lot of Nigerians have advised him to halt his rant and focus on his career but the West Bromwich Albion striker is at it again, this time squaring up with the Chief Editor of a Nigerian sports newspaper, Complete Sports.
According to his tweets, he said
"That is what they will write in Nigeria's tissue paper called Complete Sports"
"Chief editor talking like this, now you guys know where my problems are coming from in Naija, oga you outplayed yourself"
He went on to release a private chat between himself and the individual said to be Dare Esan, the Chief Editor of the newspaper.
It can be recalled that Odemwingie was reportedly fined £76,000 by his club for venting his frustrations on the social networking site over his lack of playing time at the club.

"Chief Editor talking like this?" What did the eidtor say? This is why journalists will always get the stick, incompetence and/or deliberate bias towards their colleagues, covering up facts when it affects them is all corrupt and unprofessional. Lay the cards on the table and let all assess it.

ReplyDeleteOsaze should just make peace with both club and country teams. He is still a good player as far as im concern. He needs to make peace with the press too because the football business is greatly influenced by them, both success and failure.......

Calling it tissue paper is mild cos I won't wipe my ass without that shift of a newspaper, jungle journalism , showing off cos the lad stands for his right and won't let himself be messed about.
