While President Jonathan’s mother attended the ceremony, his wife, Patience was conspicuously missing. There was no reason given for her absence.

There were other guests though, among whom was Ndudi Elumelu, a former member of the House of Representatives, whose trial for N5.2billion theft of public money collapsed recently at an Abuja High court.

And then also, there was Petroleum Minister, Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke.

    Mr or mrs 8:18pm are you from the US or UK? We are talking about our First Lady of the FRN. You must know that there are over 160 million nigerians watching we want to know where is our first lady. The Americans will demand fir an explanation.

    exactly, this is not an official meeting. this is a church programme. @ 8:54 even queen elizabeth was absent during the closing ceremony of olympics. so we dnt need any explaination for patients absence
